Éclair Frosting

2 T butter

2 oz (2 squares) semisweet chocolate

1 C confectioners' sugar

2 T milk

1 t vanilla extract

∙ Heat butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until melted.

∙ Remove from heat.

∙ Stir in sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
