3 C "Basic Cookie Mix"

⅓ C dairy sour cream

Colored sugar, if desired

∙ Heat oven to 375'.

∙ In large bowl, combine mix and sour cream at low speed until well blended and dough forms.

∙ Fill cookie press; form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets.

∙ Sprinkle with colored sugar.

∙ Bake at 375' for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

∙ Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

∙ 3 ½ dozen cookies.

HIGH ALTITUDE-Above 3500 Feet: Add 4 tablespoons flour to the 3 cups Cookie Mix.
