Waffle Iron Cookies
½ C butter
1 ½ C sugar
4 eggs
1 C cocoa
2 t vanilla (or 1 pkg dry jello mix)
2 ½ C flour
⅛ t baking soda
∙ Cream butter and sugar.
∙ Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
∙ Bake in hot waffle iron by ⅔ C mounds.
∙ Frost if desired.
