Vanilla and Chocolate Pudding - Helen Arrington

∙ Mix:
⅓ C sugar
¼ C cornstarch
⅛ t salt

∙ Stir in:
2 ¾ C milk

∙ Cook over medium heat stirring till mixture comes to a full boil.
∙ Boil 1 minute.

Stir in:
2 T margarine
1 t vanilla

∙ Cool and serve.
∙ Makes 46 servings.

Chocolate:

∙ Increase sugar to ⅔ C adding 3 T cocoa to cornstarch.
