The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie
¾ C butter flavor Crisco
1 ¼ C brown sugar
2 T milk
1 T vanilla
1 Egg
1 ¾ C flour
1 t salt
¾ t baking soda
1 C chocolate chips (to 1 ½ C)
1 C pecans (opt)
∙ Cream shortening and sugars.
∙ Add egg, vanilla and milk.
∙ Combine dry ingredients.
∙ Combine all together.
∙ Bake at 374' for 8-13 minutes.
∙ Makes 3 dozen
