The Ultimate Chocolate Cake

2 C flour

⅔ C cocoa

1 ¼ t baking soda

¼ t baking powder

1 ⅔ C sugar

4 eggs

1 t vanilla

1 C mayonnaise

1 ⅓ C water

∙ Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder and set aside.

∙ In large bowl with mixer set at high speed, beat sugar, eggs and vanilla 3 minutes or till light and fluffy.

∙ At low speed, beat in mayonnaise.

∙ Add flour mixture ¼ of it at a time alternating with water beginning and ending with flour.

∙ Bake in greased and floured 2 9" layer pans at 350' for 30-35 minutes.

∙ Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
