Strawberry Nut Salad - LaRee Smith

2 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jell-O
1 C boiling water

∙ Dissolve Jell-O in water and add:
20 oz sliced strawberries
1 lb can crushed pineapple, drained
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 C nuts, chopped

∙ Pour ½ mixture into 8x12 pan, chill.
∙ When firm, spread 1 pint sour or whipped cream on top.
∙ Carefully pour remaining Jell-O mixture on top and chill.
∙ Garnish with more cream when served.
