Souper Gravy

∙ When preparing gravy for roast or fried poultry, remove pan from heat.
∙ Spoon off excess fat, saving drippings.
∙ On top of stove, in roasting pan, add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 2-4 T of drippings.
∙ Heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
∙ Thin to desired consistency with water.
∙ Makes about 1 ½ cups
