Snowtopped Chewy Chocolates

2 T cocoa
2 T milk
1 t vanilla
1 egg
1 C chocolate covered raisins*
½ C chopped nuts
Powdered sugar

∙ Heat oven to 350'.
∙ In large bowl, combine mix, cocoa, milk, vanilla and egg at low speed until well blended and dough forms.
∙ By hand, stir in chocolate covered raisins and nuts.
∙ **Shape dough into 1" balls.
∙ Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
∙ Bake at 350' for 13 to 15 minutes or until firm to touch.
∙ Remove from cookie sheets; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
∙ 4 ½ dozen cookies.
TIP: *Chocolate covered peanuts can be substituted for chocolate covered raisins; omit chopped nuts.
**Chill dough for 1 hour for easier handling, if desired.
