Root Beer - Carol White
∙ Boil 1 gal. water with root beer extract and 4 lbs of sugar.
∙ Cool.
∙ When within 45 min of serving time, add 3 ½ gal. more water and 2 qt. chipped ice.
∙ Add 2-3 lbs dry ice.
∙ Let bubble in a stainless steel container for 30 min.
∙ Serve immediately.
∙ Makes about 5 gal.
