Rich Dark Fudge
3 C sugar
¾ C cocoa
⅛ t salt
1 ⅓ C milk
⅓ C margarine
2 t vanilla
∙ Stir together sugar, cocoa, salt and gradually stir in milk.
∙ Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
∙ Set spoon aside and continue to cook to 234'.
∙ DO NOT STIR!!!
∙ Let cool till almost lukewarm.
∙ Hand beat till it loses its sheen.
∙ Quickly press into buttered 8x8 pan.
∙ Chill and cut into pieces.
∙ Store candy in an airtight container.
