3 C rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces
½ to ¾ C sugar
¼ C water
∙ Bring to boil then cover and cook slowly till tender, about 5 minutes.
Add:
¼ t cinnamon
1 drop red food coloring
∙ Cool before eating.
