Potato Soup - Helen Arrington
1 C potatoes, peeled, cubed
2 T onion, chopped
1 t celery seed
salt/pepper to taste
(opt. grated cheese)
∙ Combine, cook till potatoes are soft.
∙ Mash with course masher, add 2 C milk.
∙ Heat and add 1 T margarine.
∙ Serve hot.
