Pizza - Carlene Newland

∙ Sauté ½ C minced onion in 1 T olive or salad oil till golden.

Add:
9 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1 t salt
¼ t oregano
⅛ t garlic salt
⅛ t pepper

∙ Making dough. Stir together:
2 C flour
2 t baking powder
1 t salt
⅔ C milk
¼ C oil

∙ Knead 10 times.
∙ Press out to fit flat baking sheet.
∙ Brush with oil.
∙ Sprinkle grated mozzarella on dough.
∙ Cover with sauce, any other desired toppings and top with grated cheese.
∙ Bake at 450' for 15-20 min.
∙ Makes one large pizza.
