Pineapple Rolls - Helen Arrington
1 small can (1 C) crushed pineapple, drained
½ C margarine
½ C brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 can refrigerator biscuits
whipped cream
∙ Heat margarine, sugar and pineapple till margarine is melted.
∙ Add cinnamon.
∙ Pour equally in as many muffin tins as there are biscuits.
∙ Place biscuits on top.
∙ Bake at 425' for 10-12 minutes.
∙ Turn out immediately on wax paper or foil.
∙ Top with whipped cream.
