Peanut Butter Finger
¼ lb butter
⅓ C sugar
½ C brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
½ C peanut butter
½ t baking soda
¼ t salt
1 C flour
1 C rolled oats
∙ Cream butter and sugars together.
∙ Add egg and beat until light and fluffy.
∙ Add vanilla and peanut butter.
∙ Mix in remaining ingredients.
∙ Mix thoroughly.
∙ Spread on greased jelly roll pan.
∙ Bake at 325' for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
∙ Do not over bake.
∙ Cool and spread with ½ C whipped peanut butter.
∙ Let stand until completely cool.
∙ Frost with chocolate or chocolate frosting
