Noodles - Helen Arrington

∙ Beat together:
2 eggs
¼ C milk
dash of salt

∙ Beat in enough flour that the mixer will allow.
∙ Stir by hand, adding enough flour for a stiff dough.
∙ Knead a short time.
∙ Divide into 2 balls.
∙ Roll each one paper-thin.
∙ Allow to dry till pliable, not brittle.
∙ Cut in strips and use.
∙ May freeze up to 6 months.
