Mushroom Steak on Rice - Tamara Hennis
∙ Pressure cook stew meat or short ribs till tender.
∙ Drain off broth reserving ½ 1 C.
∙ Blend into the broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
∙ Add parsley and peas.
∙ Serve over bed of rice.
∙ Meatballs may be substituted for the stew.
