Lemon Sauce

3 eggs
1 C sugar
¾ C margarine
1 T grated lemon peel
½ C lemon juice

∙ Beat eggs slightly in saucepan.
∙ Stir in remaining ingredients.
∙ Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mixture coats a metal spoon, 8-10 minutes.
∙ Refrigerate till set, at least 1 hr.
