Lemon/Lime Pineapple Salad - Heather Sorensen
lg box lemon pudding, cooked or instant prepared
lg box lime Jell-O
small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 C water
∙ Boil water, add Jell-O, stirring till dissolved.
∙ Remove from heat, stir in prepared budding.
∙ Strain if needed and pour into 9x13 pan.
∙ Stir in pineapple.
∙ Refrigerate overnight.
∙ Garnish with whipped topping.
