Ice Box Cookies - Deltha Strong
3 C brown sugar
1 C shortening
2 eggs
1 T milk
3 C flour
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
∙ Cream shortening and sugar.
∙ Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
∙ Sift dry ingredients.
∙ Combine all together.
∙ Roll dough into jelly roll and chill.
∙ Slice cookies ¼" thick and bake at 350' for 10 minutes.
