Honey Toffy

1 C honey

1 C sugar

few grains salt

∙ Boil to hard ball stage.

∙ Add 1 T margarine.

∙ Pour into well-buttered pan

∙ Cool.

∙ When cool enough to handle, pull till it becomes white and porous.

∙ Cut with scissors into 1" pieces.
