1 baked 13x9" cake
6 C Creamy Frosting
Brown sugar
1 baked cupcake
Food coloring
¼ C unsweetened cocoa powder
Orange piping gel
Pretzel twists
Burnt peanut candy
graham crackers
gummy fish
gummy bears
∙ Frost half of 9x13" cake with 1 ¼ C untinted frosting diagonally.
∙ Sprinkle brown sugar on it making it look like sand.
∙ Tint 1 ¾ C frosting light blue.
∙ Frost remaining cake with 1 ¼ C blue-tinted frosting, swirling frosting to create waves.
∙ Place remaining blue frosting in pastry bag and spread along one side of bag.
∙ Spoon ½ C untinted frosting along the other side of bag.
∙ Using large star tip, pipe blue-tinted and untinted frosting on sides of cake.
∙ Tint 1 C frosting green, ½ C frosting red and ½ C frosting yellow.
∙ Add cocoa and 1 T milk to remaining frosting.
∙ Using red and yellow tinted frosting, pipe drop flowers with a drop or star tip onto waxed paper and let dry.
∙ Using grass tip, pipe grass over back corner of cake.
∙ Frost cupcake with chocolate frosting and place on cake like a hut.
∙ Pipe gel over cupcake.
∙ With leaf tip and green frosting, pipe leaves on top of pretzels to make palm trees.
∙ Arrange trees on cake.
∙ With grass tip, pipe tufts of green on top of peanuts to make pineapples.
∙ Place pineapples and flowers on cake.
∙ Cut crackers into the shape of a boat.
∙ Frost with red frosting.
∙ Make paper sail and attach to skewer and place on boat.
∙ Place boat on cake and add bears to the boat and fish to the water.
