Harvest Fruit Salad - Helen Arrington

Dressing:
Heat and cream:
¼ C margarine
½ C sugar

∙ Add 1 T flour, mix thoroughly
∙ Add 2 eggs, mix till smooth
∙ Add ½ C pineapple juice (saved from a can of pineapple)
∙ Cook on fairly low heat till thick stirring continuously.
∙ Cool overnight.
∙ Mix with Equal amount of whipped topping.
∙ Combine dressing with:
∙ red grapes, halved
∙ bananas, sliced (dip in reserved pineapple juice)
∙ apples, diced (dip in reserved pineapple juice
∙ pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
∙ mini marshmallows
∙ walnuts, chopped (opt)
