Ginger Cut Outs

2 t ginger
¼ C Grandma's Molasses
1 egg

∙ Heat oven to 350'.
∙ In large bowl, combine all ingredients at low speed until well blended and dough forms.*
∙ On well-floured surface, roll dough to ¼inch thickness; cut with floured cutter.
∙ Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
∙ Bake at 350' for 10 to 15 minutes or until set.
∙ Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
∙ Decorate as desired.
∙ 3 ½ dozen (2-inch) cookies.
TIP: *Chill dough for 1 hour for easier handling, if desired.
HIGH ALTITUDE-Above 3500 Feet: Add 4 tablespoons flour to the 4 cups Cookie Mix.
