English Trifle - Gail Hails

Angel food cake mix, prepared as directed
Large box gelatin, any flavor
Frozen fruit to match gelatin, thawed
2 (4 ½ oz) instant vanilla pudding
whipped cream

∙ Tear half of cake in small pieces and place in bottom of large bowl.
∙ Make gelatin as directed but use half water required.
∙ Pour on cake pieces.
∙ Freeze overnight.
∙ Spread fruit over gelatin.
∙ Make pudding as directed.
∙ Pour over fruit and refrigerate overnight.
∙ Top with whipped cream and cut like pie and serve.
∙ May be made in individual cups.
