Easter Surprises

1 recipe favorite pie crust
1 recipe chocolate cake batter
1 recipe favorite white butter icing (tint as desired)
1 jar favorite jelly
1 package coconut
1 package jelly-bean eggs

∙ Roll out pie crust and cut into rounds to fit bottom of muffin tins.
∙ Easy and fit dough into un-greased tins.
∙ Drop 1 t jelly onto crust in bottom of each muffin cup.
∙ Set aside.
∙ Prepare cake batter and fill muffin cups to ⅔ full.
∙ Bake at 350' for 20 minutes, or until cake springs back when pressed.
∙ Carefully remove each cake with knife and cool on rack.
∙ Frost and sprinkle with coconut to make nest.
∙ Arrange jellybean eggs on top of each.
