Easter Eggs

14 oz pkg angel flake coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 t vanilla
4 C chopped walnuts or peacans
2 lb pkg powdered sugar
2 C melted butter
Chocolate Chips
Paraffin wax sliver (opt)

∙ Mix coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in big bowl and stir well.
∙ Add walnuts or peacans and powdered sugar and mix well.
∙ Add melted butter and kneed like bread
∙ Shape into eggs (small) and chill.
∙ Melt some chocolate chips and add a little paraffin wax (just sliver some with knife and drop in chocolate)
∙ Dip chilled eggs into chocolate and decorate with frosting stars and leaves, or however you wish.
