Cucumber Sauce (for fish)

2 T chopped onions
2 T margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
⅓ C milk
¼ C chopped cucumber
1 t lemon juice

∙ In saucepan, cook onion in butter till tender.
∙ Add remaining ingredients.
∙ Heat, stir occasionally.
∙ Serve over cooked shrimp or white fish.
∙ Makes about 2 cups
