Creamy Strawberry Frosting
⅓ C shortening
¼ t salt
½ t lemon juice
1 level t strawberry UNSWEETENED Koolaid
3 ½ C powdered sugar, sifted of lumps
¼ C milk
∙ Combine shortening, salt, lemon juice, Koolaid and 1 C of the sugar.
∙ Add milk and remaining sugar alternating then mix till smooth and creamy.
∙ Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin as desired.
∙ Frosts a 9x13 cake.
