Creamy Peach Pie - Good!
1 16 oz can sliced peaches, reserve syrup
Water added to syrup to make 2 C
1 small package vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 3 oz package peach jello
2 C prepared whipped topping
Baked 9" pie shell, cooled
∙ Drain peaches, reserving syrup to be combined with water.
∙ Reserve 5 slices for garnishing.
∙ Dice remaining peaches.
∙ Combine liquid with pudding and jello in saucepan.
∙ Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture comes to a full boil.
∙ Pour into bowl, chill well.
∙ Blend in whipped topping.
∙ Fold in diced peaches.
∙ Spoon into pie shell and chill 2 hours.
∙ Garnish.
