Cream Cheese Icing

½ C (1 stick) butter, softened

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 t vanilla extract

2 ½ C powdered sugar

∙ Beat together butter and cream cheese at medium speed till completely smooth.

∙ Beat in vanilla then beat in powdered sugar till well blended.
