Cranberry Salad
1 lb cranberries, ground
1 ½ C sugar
1 C crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint cream
30 marshmallows
∙ Combine cranberries and sugar and let set in the refrigerator.
∙ Whip cream and cut in marshmallows.
∙ Refrigerate also for 2 hours.
∙ Combine the two mixtures and add pineapple.
∙ Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
