Choco Mallow Logs

6 oz package semisweet chocolate chips

2 T margarine

1 egg, beaten

3 C flavored mini marshmallows

1 C nuts

Powdered sugar

∙ Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat.

∙ Remove from heat.

∙ Add egg and mix well.

∙ Cool slightly and mix mallows and nuts in large bowl.

∙ Pour chocolate mixture over mallows and nuts then mix well.

∙ Divide mixture in half.

∙ On wax paper sprinkled with powdered sugar, shape each half into a roll approximately 8" long.

∙ Chill several hours then slice to serve.
