Chicken and Noodles - Helen Arrington

∙ Cut up and boil a whole chicken
∙ De-bone chicken, place meat back in the broth.

∙ Add:
2 stalks celery, chopped, including leaves
Onions, chopped
1-2 C sliced carrots
2 C noodles

∙ Cook till tender.
∙ Add Chicken bullion and seasonings to taste.
∙ Add 1 C peas a few minutes before serving.
