Beef Mushroom Gravy

∙ In medium saucepan, blend one envelope beef flavor mushroom soup mix and 3 to 4 T flour.

∙ Stir in 2 ¼ C water.

∙ Blend till smooth.

∙ Bring to a boil and simmer stirring frequently till gravy thickens (about 5 min)

∙ Makes about 2 ¼ cups
