BBQ Turkey

10 lb boneless turkey breast

1 pt oil

1 qt 7-Up

1 pt soy sauce

1 T horseradish

1 T garlic powder

∙ Combine, stir thoroughly.

∙ Use to marinade turkey 18-24 hours in covered plastic container

∙ BBQ slowly, turning frequently.

∙ Brush with marinade each turn.

∙ Cook till meat is white.

∙ Store leftover meat in marinade.

∙ If frozen, use within 6 months.
