5 Minute Buttered Crunch

6 C desired Chex cereal
5 T margarine
½ t salt OR 1 t seasoned salt
¼ C parmesan cheese OR 1 t onion powder (opt)

∙ In large skillet, melt margarine and stir in salt.
∙ Add Chex stirring till well coated.
∙ Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
∙ Sprinkle with cheese stirring till Chex are well coated.
∙ Spread on paper towel.
∙ Makes about 6 cups.
